PUBLIC NOTICE

This public document identifies third-party providers that AI WORLD LLC d/b/a Aholler.ai may use to process Customer Personal Data when delivering the Services. It supplements the Aholler.ai Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and is incorporated into it by reference. Customer configurations vary. A listed provider may not process data for every Customer or every feature.

1. AUTHORIZATION

Customer provides general authorization for Aholler to engage the Subprocessors listed below and to replace or add Subprocessors under this Addendum and the DPA. Aholler will use providers only as reasonably necessary to deliver, secure, support or administer the Services.

2. SUBPROCESSOR PROTECTIONS

Aholler requires Subprocessors that process Customer Personal Data on its behalf to enter written terms providing data-protection and confidentiality obligations appropriate to their services and the nature of processing. Aholler remains responsible for its duties under the DPA to the extent required by the DPA and Applicable Data Protection Law.

4. CHANGES TO SUBPROCESSORS

Aholler may add or replace Subprocessors as the Services evolve. Where required by Applicable Data Protection Law or contract, Aholler will provide reasonable advance notice of a material new Subprocessor by updating this list and through an available account or contact channel. The effective date on this document indicates the latest update.

5. CUSTOMER OBJECTIONS

A Customer may object to a material new Subprocessor on reasonable, documented data-protection grounds by contacting privacy@aholler.ai within the notice period. The parties will work in good faith toward a commercially reasonable solution. If none is available, the remedy described in the DPA applies to the affected Service.

6. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Providers may process information in the United States and other locations needed to deliver their services. Processing may be subject to lawful governmental access. Aholler uses contractual and organizational safeguards appropriate to the processing and provides transparency as required for Canadian and U.S. customers.

7. PROVIDER-SPECIFIC TERMS

Provider names identify corporate groups or branded services. The contracting entity and location may vary by Customer configuration, product and region. Third-party services also operate under their own privacy and security terms.
