What Aholler processes
Aholler processes the information needed to provide configured communication services. Depending on the features you enable, this can include account and workspace data, caller contact details, call and message metadata, recordings, transcripts, summaries, appointment data, agent instructions, and connected-integration data.
Your workspace configuration determines which features are used. A connected calendar, CRM, phone number, recording setting, or messaging feature can introduce the relevant data only when that feature is enabled.
Controls and access
- Workspace access is role-based: owners and administrators manage protected workspace configuration; members use permitted day-to-day features.
- Aholler records security-relevant and administrative activity in audit history so operators can investigate configuration changes and workspace actions.
- The service uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the processing risk, including access controls, confidentiality obligations, logging and monitoring, and provider review.
Retention, export, and deletion
Retention depends on the data type, enabled service, workspace configuration, applicable agreement, and legal obligations. The product does not present a hidden per-log storage allocation as a customer limit.
Workspace owners can use available product controls for their data and may contact Aholler for privacy requests. On termination or a lawful request, Aholler deletes or returns Customer Personal Data as described in the Data Processing Agreement, subject to legal retention and normal backup cycles.
Service providers
Aholler uses specialized providers to operate configured services, such as cloud infrastructure, AI processing, voice, telecommunications, and payment processing. A provider may process data only when the applicable product capability is used.
- See the current public Subprocessor List for providers and their stated purposes.
