Booking workflow
A connected Microsoft calendar lets the receptionist use the calendar selected by the workspace for availability and confirmed appointments. The agent should check availability before it offers a time and should only confirm the booking after the event operation succeeds.
Connection and testing
- Authorize the Microsoft account that controls the business calendar.
- Test availability, booking, and the resulting event before a live phone line is assigned.
- Disconnect access in Aholler when the business no longer wants the integration to make future requests.
