Plan and usage
Pay As You Go includes 60 free minutes once per workspace and bills additional voice usage at $0.35 per minute. AI Receptionist includes 1,000 minutes per billing cycle, then bills additional voice usage at $0.30 per minute. Usage is billed by the second where shown in the plan.
Plan display and invoice amounts include applicable tax when stated in checkout. The authoritative amount for a purchase is the amount displayed by Stripe before confirmation.
Business lines
AI Receptionist includes one US/Canada local business number. An additional managed local number is a separate $10/month Stripe subscription; it has its own payment date and is not a change to the main plan’s quantity.
Numbers are subject to provider inventory and local availability. A paid entitlement does not promise a particular area code when carrier inventory is unavailable.
Managing a subscription
- Use Subscription for plan and payment-method management.
- Use Phone lines to assign, remove, and review the status of managed business numbers.
- Contact support with the workspace name and invoice reference if billing data does not appear after a completed Stripe payment.
